Burned candles cannot be returned.
If there is a problem with an item received, PLEASE RETURN ITEM TO THE BOX AND CALL US WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Please DO NOT throw item(s) or original packing out. It is necessary that you retain the item(s) to be returned so that we may assess it for Quality Assurance.
When calling about your purchase, please have the following information available:
• Description of item: Fragrance, Jar Size, etc.
• Date of Purchase
• Invoice Number
• Indicate credit card credit or exchange
Note: Items purchased from a Retail store (i.e. not via online ) must be returned to the store where it was purchased. We do not accept returns for purchases from other Retail Stores.
